Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.
This policy applies to U.S. orders only. The EU 14-day cooling-off right does not apply.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email petlovershelpdesk@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if the item is defective/damaged/incorrect.
If your return is approved, we’ll send a return authorization and instructions. When applicable, we’ll also provide a prepaid return label.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
- Change of mind / size / preference: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a label, the actual carrier label cost may be deducted from your refund.
Please ship approved returns within 14 business days and use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items and gift cards
- Custom/personalized products
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care/health & hygiene items once opened (e.g., beauty, grooming tools, bedding with hygiene seal broken)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Bank/credit card processing times vary; please allow extra time for posting.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
